D. BROCK DENTON

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY & GENERAL COUNSEL

D. Brock Denton joined Cintas in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel.  Prior to joining Cintas, Brock served as Cintas’ outside counsel for many years while a Partner at the law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp PLL.  Brock leads the Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, ESG, Health & Safety, and Corporate Affairs Departments.  In addition, Brock serves as the corporate secretary to the Board of Directors.
