CINTAS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES WEBCAST FOR FIRST QUARTER FISCAL YEAR 2025 RESULTS

CINCINNATI, September 11, 2024 - Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) today announced that it will release fiscal year 2025 first quarter results on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. The Company will conduct a conference call to address the financial results. A live webcast of the call will be available to individual investors and the public beginning at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Cintas 4-1 Stock Split

As announced on May 2, 2024, Cintas is completing a 4 for 1 stock split which will be effective as of 5pm today (September 11, 2024).  Shares are expected to begin trading on a post-split basis at the market open on Thursday, September 12, 2024
